I had the opportunity to photograph a spro’down this weekend at Voluto Coffee in Pittsburgh. Organized by the Pittsburgh Area Coffee Association and Voluto, the event had a great turnout and was attended by many well-to-do members of the coffee industry, including Russ and Bethany Warren of Beaver Falls Coffee & Tea Co. Jake Liefer (of PACA and BFC&T) took orders and did a fabulous job of it while the Voluto/BFC&T crew pulled shots of various guest espressos.
